Personal Training
Would you like to look more fit, lose weight, improve your game, or just move and feel better? A La Carte Yoga is now offering Personal Training. We'll assess your current fitness ability and needs to design a program that safely and effectively helps you achieve your goals. If you're new to fitness training, or haven't been as active as you'd like to, no worries. We'll start wherever you are, and make your exercise experience fun and rewarding. We can come to your home or office, or meet you at the Cape Club studio.
Do you golf, or enjoy tennis, pickleball or other rotational sports? You will be amazed by how much your training program improves your game. These sports require both stability and mobility, core strength, and rotational power and control. Your fitness guide, Rebecca, is a Titleist Performance Institute Fitness 2 instructor, who would like nothing better than to see that smile on your face when your handicap drops or you win the match you didn't know you could. We'll use a sport-specific fitness screen to identify the exercises you need the most to see the improvement you want.

For: Individuals and couples
Skill Level: All abilities
Location: At the Cape Club in Falmouth, or your home or workplace
Length: 60 minutes for individuals, 90 minutes for couples
Time: We’ll arrange a time that fits with your preference and schedule needs.
What Do I Need?: Comfortable loose or exercise clothing. Bring a water bottle.
