A La Carte Yoga is a mobile wellness company. We offer yoga (poses, breathing, mindfulness), personal training, and wellness coaching, to create an experience designed for your life.  

 

Yoga

The way we spend our time affects our bodies and our sense of well-being. Whether the bulk of your day is spent sitting or you regularly play a sport, your body will adapt to the repetitive posture and movement patterns of that activity.  These repetitive patterns can cause aches and pains, restricted movement, and stress.

We address the physical and mental stressors of your unique lifestyle by creating  a yoga experience that will bring  you more flexibility, strength, and balance, and a greater sense of well-being.

A La Carte yoga also offers yoga for groups:  weddings, corporate events, and other gatherings.

 

Personal Training

Is it hard to fit gym time into your busy schedule?  Or maybe you're not a  gym-goer, but want to feel more fit and strong.

We will design a personal training program for you that can easily be done at your home or office. With a few simple pieces of equipment, you can experience a full body workout that you can take anywhere. Our personal training programs begin with posture and movement assessments so that underlying imbalances are addressed first.

We also offer sport-specific personal training. For golfers, posture and movement assessments combined with swing analysis are used to address common swing faults and mobility issues that can limit performance.

 

Wellness Coaching

In our busy world, it can be difficult to navigate the way to a personal vision of wellness, or even to know how to begin. No matter where you are right now, feeling and performing your best can become natural and normal for you. We can help you figure out the steps you need to take, and provide support for walking that path.

Together we will create a program that fits your specific needs. Wellness coaching sessions can also include yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices to help you feel both mentally and physically refreshed.
