Does life feel too busy to get the exercise, nutrition, rest, and play you need? With so many demands on our time, it can be difficult to find time for ourselves and our well-being.  And yet, creating that space makes all the difference, and brings positive change to other areas of our life.

Working together, we'll create an effective and inspiring path forward to your personal vision of wellness.

  • One-on-one wellness and lifestyle coaching  
  • Wellness vision and goal setting
  • Support, encouragement and guidance
  • Yoga, self-inquiry and mindfulness practice can be included, if desired

Location:  At your home or workplace, our location at the Cape Club in Falmouth.  Online coaching is also available.

Length:   60 minutes.

Time:  We’ll arrange a time that fits with your preference and schedule needs.
